Our cork massage balls are made from 100% sustainable cork. They are comfortably firm and durable allowing you to self-massage and release tension in tight muscles, fascia and hard to reach places. There are 2 different sized massage balls included in your set allowing you to target both small and larger muscle groups.
Hemp fabric is a super-fiber—natural, durable, strong, yet soft and comfortable. We've put our garments through their paces, including machine washing on hot cycles and tumble drying (not recommended!). Amazingly, they’ve bounced back every time.
While it's great to know how resilient hemp is, we want to help you extend your garment’s life.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. A $12.95 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

I like these. I've had mine for a while. I just bought some more for my mum who borrowed mine while visiting. She uses them for her hand physio exercises. She used to use a tennis ball but after getting used to the cork ones she much preferred these. I use them mainly to massage out my hip and glute muscles and they make such a difference.

Little lifesavers! These massage balls are by far the best I have used. I love that the balls come in two sizes. The small ball has been a life saver for my neck and headaches and the large ball is awesome on my back and shoulders against the wall.
5 minute miracle worker I use my massage balls for 5 minutes every morning on the soles of my feet and then for about 10 minutes in the evening against a wall for my back and shoulders while I'm watching TV. Just this tiny change has made me feel more flexible and with less tension in my body. I also take the small one when I travel, so I can use it on a plane or on stops during long road trips. I love how this simple routine makes me feel so much better and that they are good for the environment as well. Thank you!
Relieves tension I’ve used plastic massage balls in the past but these cork balls feels different, in a good way! With lockdown I haven’t been able to get any massages especially from sitting all day working from home. But these balls have really helped with my muscles, they’re hard but still kinda soft unlike the plastic ones. Really helps dig in deep without being too painful!
Cork balls Love my cork balls, they feel so much softer than the plastic ones, I used them to massage my feet before bed and its amazing also in the back and hips it feels really good! Really nice quality and love the little package so I can take it with me to the gym without a problem 👍🏾
Cheapest massage ever! These things are amazing! I use them a lot to target all the places in my shoulder blades and glutes that physio’s and massage therapist can never get to, makes for the cheapest massage ever! They’re way better than the rubber or spikey balls you can get because they have no give and I love that they come in two sizes. They are also super light so I can take them anywhere. Cork Massage Balls Received my massage balls and “Focus” oil this morning and I’m already in love! Thank-you so much for creating such wonderful products.
