The only fancy thing about our hemp bike short is the material, cut and feel, as it should be. There are no pockets for distracting gadgets and no weird butt-lifting-accentuating-seams. Made from a luxe blend of hemp and organic cotton jersey with a tiny bit of spandex, our bike short is just lovely the way it is. The hemp bike shorts are comfortable without being too compressive and sits mid-thigh and semi-high on the waist to flatter while you flutter, run, jump, flow, stretch and bend.
The hemp fabric is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial, preventing odour and perfect for hot, sweaty yoga classes and for those with allergies and sensitive skin. The hemp short's fabric absorbs moisture quickly and is soft and comfortable on the skin. Durable, long-lasting and maintaining shape, these bike shorts are made to be worn for years to come.
Slow fashion. Sustainable activewear. Made to stand the test of time and trends. Designed in Lorne, Australia and made from 53% organic hemp, 42% organic cotton and 5% spandex.
Bonnee wears a size SMALL. She's 175cm | 55kg. Livai wears a LARGE. He's 190cm | 85kg
These are the only bike pants I wear. I exercise in them happily, they breathe, they don't stink, they're long enough that I don't feel I have to keep pulling them down to stop chafe. They're everything I need and I have two pairs.
Like wearing nothing at all
Love the cut of these shorts! They're a little bit longer than some others I have, which makes me feel super comfortable to wear them out and about. Not constricting at all, comfy shorts!
I practically live in these shorts! They are super comfy and create a flattering shape without digging in or feeling constricted. They also go well with lots of different tops, eg yoga tops, t shirts, baggy hoodies... they always look good!
Hemp fabric is an amazing super-fibre. It is natural, durable, strong, yet soft and comfortable. Our garments are made to stand the test of time. We have been vigorously putting them through their paces and basically doing everything you shouldn’t do to your clothing… like repeatedly machine washing on hot cycles and throwing them into the dryer [cringe!] Amazingly resilient, these test garments have bounced back over and over again to their original form.
Whilst that is great to know, we want you to prolong your garment’s life cycle as much as possible. To do that, we recommend you try to follow these care instructions:
Wash the garment inside out to protect the print.
Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle.
Wash with like colours.
Do not bleach it or soak.
Do not use fabric softener - the fabric is soft enough!
Try not to tumble dry and dry straight after washing with print opened flat.
Use a cool iron (if needed). Do not iron over the print.
Do not dry clean.
