To all the expectant and new mums out there, here are a couple of very special pre-natal Yoga flows by Sonia Scali from The Inner Nest to help you warm up and soften in.

If you or someone you know are expecting, these gentle Yoga flows will safely guide mum and baby into the ZONE of mindful movement, meditation and connection.

These flows are also great for post-partum recovery, when you're recovering from injury or illness or whenever you’re in need of a more supportive and low impact practice.
