Cork Yoga Block

I love these! After a few months away from practice, I had stiffened up considerably and the blocks are helping me slowly get my flexibility back, but even when I practice regularly they are great for releasing tension and for support in the trickier poses I haven't built up to yet.

It is really helpful to start pushing yourself a bit more in some asanas without damaging your body, I used it for practice my splits and start some advanced asanas and it goes really good, loveee that it’s not made from plastic and it doesn’t damage the aesthetic of my home haha looks really beautiful with the cork mat 🤩

Have been looking for a block that isn't made of plastic. Love that this block is sustainable (plus looks great too!)

I love this yoga block it makes such a difference when I’m stretching because I’m not flexible enough for certain poses but with the block it means I can still do them without hurting myself. I also use it to release the muscles at the back of my neck, just under the base of the skull, it really helps with my tension headaches. I like the fact that it’s cork rather than foam or rubber too because the foam ones have too much give and can get slippery when it’s wet. Really happy with it, highly recommend.
