RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. A $12.95 flat fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your item is received and inspected.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Please note, there are no returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
We want you to love what you wear.
We offer one free exchange per order (within Australia) for size or colour changes.
Exchanges for faulty items are always free.
