"Your goal is not to battle with the mind, but to witness the mind"

~ Swami Muktananda

What is meditation?

Meditation or Dhyana in Sanskrit is an essential tool, not only for our yogic path but also for our general wellbeing as individuals and as a collective.

Meditation comes in many forms, it may be the place when you find your zone on the yoga mat or in your work, it may come from moments of mindfulness and concentration on the breath or you may discover meditation through observing nature, like the clouds moving across the sky or waves washing onto the sand.

If you're new to meditation, it can help to be guided through your meditation. With time, and practice you will discover it becomes easier. Please enjoy this simple 5-minute meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed, energised and in your ZONE.

To enhance your meditation experience, our FOCUS essential oil is a calming blend with honey and woody tones that will take you on a journey of the senses as you flow, focus and revitalise in your ZONE. Made in Australia with 100% pure Australian Essential Oils.
