What is meditation?

Meditation or Dhyana in Sanskrit is an essential tool, not only for our yogic path but also for our general wellbeing as individuals and as a collective.


Meditation comes in many forms, it may be the place when you find your zone on the yoga mat or in your work, it may come from moments of mindfulness and concentration on the breath or you may discover meditation through observing nature, like the clouds moving across the sky or waves washing onto the sand.
