Our eco-friendly yoga mat is made from 100% sustainable cork leather and natural rubber. The cork surface has a smooth and natural feel with medium grip and guide lines for perfect alignment. The rubber surface is perfect for those that love an extra grippy yoga mat or for those cold winter mornings when you want to leave your socks on.

This yoga mat is made from 100% sustainable cork and natural rubber and are PVC, latex and phthalate free. Using a high temperature machine, the rubber and the cork layers are adhered to each other without the use of glues or harsh chemicals.
The cork surface has a smooth and natural feel, with a centre guideline for perfect
alignment.

I’ve been using thee cork mat and the props for few weeks now and I have to say I truely enjoy the benefits- the mat has an amazing grip and it’s odour freegreat for strong power practice and comfortable for gentle practice as well!☺️ Cork block and the balls are an amazing choice to modify the movement to your liking .

Well priced, fast shipping. Long enough for all 5’11’’ of me. I love the guide lines on the mat they really help me align myself. The cork is soft and and rubber underside is super grippy. Would recommend :)

Can't live without this! I loved my cork yoga mat from Zone by Lydia so much, that I bought a second one! Now I have one in the boot of my car and one at home (with the blocks etc too) so I'm always prepared and able to do yoga anywhere, anytime. I've bought so many yoga mats in the past that slipped, or were bulky - this is by far the best I've ever used, and I love that it is eco-friendly and sustainable too! I can't recommend it enough.

Cork mat First time using a cork mat and I have to say that it’s so much better than what I was expecting !! The grip is perfect! I love that it is not cork in the back so the mat stays stable and grips to the floor during my whole practice! I also LOVE the lines on it, it helps me to maintain my alignment during all my flow I think they are really handy for beginners and advanced yogis. The packaging is amazing as well, most important, no plastic used !! and it makes my mat look so fancy too

Cork Yoga Mat I have been using the yoga mat every morning. I use it to stretch on before and after a workout. My daughter has been using it also as part of her home schooling exercise routine. The best thing about it is its durability. It looks the same now as it did when I purchased it back in April.

Cork Yoga Mat What a fantastic Yoga Mat! It's light-weight and so easy to roll up and pack away. The whole family can use it and even better, I just spray the Zone Spray range directly above which gives me a perfect start to my yoga session and acts as an antibacterial.
