Listening To Country Yoga Mat and Yoga Blocks Combo

I absolutely love my cork blocks and my mat. I use my blocks for many poses. As an ex long distance runner, my hamstrings are not the most flexible. The blocks help me achieve a greater stretch and forward fold with half split or lizard pose, and for the extended reach to open the chest and torso with triangle pose. These blocks are a perfect thickness and with the octagonal edge, it makes for a perfect grip on the non slip surface. Another perfect addition in my Zone products and a talking point amongst the yogi’s in class. Highly recommend.
